Returns and Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, physical returns may not be required in most cases. When appropriate, customers may be asked to keep defective items once the issue is verified.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect sizing, or color preference. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen displays, lighting conditions, or manufacturing processes and are considered normal.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if an item arrives damaged, if the wrong item is received, if items are missing, if a manufacturing defect is present, or if an order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe.

Physical returns are not required. Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be approved. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue when applicable.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and delivery times may vary. If an order is significantly delayed or shows no tracking updates for an extended period, we will investigate and provide a resolution where appropriate. Refunds or reshipments for delayed orders may be considered after 45 days from the shipping date. Certain destinations may require additional time due to customs or transit delays.

Delivered but Not Received

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the issue. Additional verification may be requested before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
